Abrense al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores los créditos que en seguida se expresan, con imputación del Presupuesto de Gastos para el bienio de 1897 y 1898: DEPARTAMENTO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES. capítulo 26. Gastos varios. Artículo 241 (bis). Para atender al pago de la indemnización á que fue condenada la República por el Laudo del Presidente de los Estados Unidos de América, á favor del súbdito italiano Ernesto Cerruti, aproximación $ 621,600. Artículo 246 (bis). Para atender al pago de los gastos imprevistos que ocurran en éste Departamento, en el efecto $ 40.000.
