Si la obra fuere inédita, se presentará a la Oficina de Registro un solo ejemplar de ella, en copia escrita a máquina, sin enmiendas ni raspaduras ni entrerrenglones y con la firma autenticada del autor, debidamente empastada. Si la obra inédita es teatral o musical será suficiente presentar una copia del manuscrito, también con la firma autenticada del autor, debidamente empastada.
