El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer un trámite que conduzca a la implementación del Sistema Oficial de Inspección, Vigilancia y Control de la Carne y Productos Cárnicos Comestibles, dispuesto en el Decreto 1500 de 2007 y sus modificaciones, y señalar unas disposiciones sanitarias relacionadas con establecimientos que realicen acondicionamiento de carne o productos cárnicos comestibles.
