Traslado para alegatos de conclusión. El artículo 169 de la Ley 734 de 2002 quedará así: Si no hubiere pruebas que practicar o habiéndose practicado las señaladas en la etapa de juicio disciplinario, el funcionario de conocimiento mediante auto de sustanciación notificable ordenará traslado común de diez (10) días para que los sujetos procesales puedan presentar alegatos de conclusión.
