Corresponde a la nación pagar al miembro de la Junta General de Higiene el Ingeniero del Ministerio de Obras Publicas que integren la Comisión de que trata el ordinal 2° del artículo 2°, y al Departamento de Caldas los otros miembros de ella, que serán dos por lo menos. Los demás gastos que demande la ejecución de esta Ley se harán por mitad entre la Nación y el Departamento de Caldas como lo dispone el artículo 2°.
