El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, para determinar si hay o no lugar a contribución económica de los usuarios de los servicios de los centros de atención integral al pre-escolar y para establecer el monto de la misma, llevará a cabo un estudio socio-económico de la familia y para éste fin utilizará, entre otros medios, los servicios de visitadores.
