Servicios asistenciales en salud . Los pensionados por invalidez de que trata este capítulo tienen derecho a que el sistema general de riesgos laborales les preste los servicios asistenciales de salud, en relación con las patologías derivadas de la invalidez por riesgos laborales, los cuales continuarán a cargo de Positiva Compañía de Seguros S. A., de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 1° de la Ley 776 de 2002. (Decreto 1437 de 2015, artículo 7°).
