ARTICULO 65 . EJECUCION DE OBRAS DE LA INFRAESTRUCTURA DE TRANSPORTE.- La construcción y conservación de la infraestructura de transporte no podrá ser ejecutada en forma directa por el Instituto Nacional de Vías. En consecuencia, en todos los casos éste deberá contratar la construcción y conservación de la infraestructura de transporte de su competencia.
