El Consejo Directivo de la Universidad Nacional tendrá, además de las funciones determinadas en el artículo 10 de esta Ley, la de preparar los proyectos de leyes reglamentarios de las distintas profesiones para cuyo ejercicio conceden títulos de idoneidad las Facultades o Escuelas que funcionen en el país.
