Decreto 3669 de 1986 · por el cual se dictan normas restrictivas sobre la comercialización, locomoción y registro de motocicletas y se modifican los Decretos números 1030 y 1540 de 1985.

º . Los conductores de motocicletas que requieran desplazarse a Departamento diferente a aquel en que se hallen matriculadas, deberán proveerse previamente de un permiso para hacerlo, que será expedido por la Inspección de Tránsito del lugar de residencia, en el cual se anotará el motivo del desplazamiento y la fecha de regreso a su lugar de origen, así como el nombre y documento del titular del permiso.

Parágrafo

Las motocicletas matriculadas en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, podrán circular libremente en él y en el Departamento de Cundinamarca.
