º Podrán entrar al país sin llenar los requisitos de que trata el artículo 1.º, las semillas de hortalizas, de vegetales o de flores introducidas en paquetes rotulados, y con certificación de sanidad, procedente de casa comercial registrada en el Departamento de Agricultura, de acuerdo con el reglamento que dicte el Gobierno.
