Ley 5 de 1992 · Por la cual se expide el Reglamento del Congreso, el Senado y la Cámara de Representantes

Régimen aplicable. En el Senado y en la Cámara de Representantes funcionarán Comisiones Permanentes. Su composición, competencias y forma de integración son definidas por la ley, así como su funcionamiento.

Parágrafo

Las Cámaras podrán autorizar el cambio o traslado que de Comisiones Constitucionales acuerden y soliciten los respectivos integrantes. Dispuesto el cambio, los nuevos

miembros lo serán hasta el final del período constitucional.
