A., que surja una vez perfeccionada la fusión es una sociedad de economía mixta del orden nacional, organizada como establecimiento de crédito, con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa. Dicho Fondo estará vinculado al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
