Decreto 3075 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 09 de 1979 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Formalidad de las providencias mediante las cuales se impongan sanciones. Las sanciones deberán imponerse mediante resolución motivada, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria competente la cual deberá notificarse personalmente al afectado o a su representante legal dentro del término de los cinco (5) días hábiles posteriores a su expedición.

Parágrafo

Si no pudiera hacerse la notificación personal se procederá de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
