º. Objetivos de la política de vivienda de interés social rural. La política de vivienda rural tiene por objeto ofrecer a la población rural e indígena, los medios y las condiciones que les permitan ampliar sus oportunidades económicas y facilitar el acceso a los servicios básicos, a través de procesos autosostenidos de cambio social y progreso económico. La política pública en vivienda de interés social rural, tiene por objeto, el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los hogares rurales de bajos ingresos, mediante acciones de intervención en el hábitat y la vivienda.
