Proyectos que cuentan con términos de referencia genéricos. Cuando el proyecto, obra o actividad, cuente con términos de referencia genéricos expedidos por la autoridad ambiental respectiva, el interesado deberá informar al Ministerio del Interior sobre la participación de las comunidades indígenas o negras susceptibles de ser afectadas, en la elaboración de los estudios.
