° Acta de inscripción. De la diligencia de inscripción se elaborará un acta que será firmada por el Alcalde o quien haga sus veces y los comerciantes que comparezcan a inscribir la correspondiente lista. La Alcaldía suministrará la respectiva Cámara de Comercio, copia de las actas de inscripción de las listas de candidatos a Junta Directiva, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la inscripción.
