Artículo único. Los gastos ordinarios, urgentes e indispensables para la buena marcha de las Oficinas públicas nacionales, se considerarán, para el efecto del pago, como incluidos en el inciso g) del Decreto número 1020 de 1914.

Parágrafo

Quedan así adicionados los Decretos números 1020 y 1134 de 1914 y 499 de 1915.
