El mayor productor de las rentas nacionales de los cómputos hechos en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia de 1926, se invertirá exclusivamente en las obras de los ferrocarriles del Pacifico a Ibagué, del Central del Norte, en sus dos secciones, y en el Central de Bolívar, para lo cual abrirá el Gobierno créditos extraordinarios trimestralmente sin sujeción a lo que dispone la Ley 34 de 1923 e intensificara los trabajos en estas obras en cuanto fuere posible.
