El patrimonio del Instituto estará constituido por: 1º. Las partidas que con destino al Instituto se incluyan anualmente en el presupuesto Nacional; 2º. Los bienes pertenecientes a las entidades que se determinan en el Artículo 12 de Decreto número 3154 diciembre 26 de 1968; 3º. El producto de las rentas que adquiera en el futuro, por razón de prestación de servicios o por cualquier otro concepto, de acuerdo con sus finalidades; y 4º. Los bienes que como persona jurídica adquiera a cualquier título.
