Las Personas De Que Trata El Artículo Anterior Estarán Sujetas A Las Siguientes Inhabilidades E Incompatibilidades, Además De Las Específicas Que Se Señalan Más Adelante

° Las personas de que trata el artículo anterior estarán sujetas a las siguientes inhabilidades e incompatibilidades, además de las específicas que se señalan más adelante. No podrán por sí ni por interpuesta persona, ni directa ni indirectamente

Ser accionistas, miembros de juntas directivas, asesores o funcionarios de las bolsas de valores;

Ser accionistas, miembros de juntas directivas, asesores o funcionarios de sociedades inscritas en bolsa.

Ser accionistas, miembros de juntas directivas, asesores o funcionarios de sociedades comisionistas de bolsa.

Ser comisionistas independientes
