° . Beneficiarios del PNIS. Son beneficiarios del PNIS las familias campesinas en situación de pobreza que derivan su subsistencia de los cultivos de uso ilícito, que voluntariamente se comprometan a las sustituciones de los cultivos de uso ilícito, la no resiembra, ni estar involucradas en labores asociadas a estos, y que no hayan realizado siembras posteriores al 10 de julio de 2016.
