Uso de los recursos . Los recursos de que trata el presente capítulo se destinarán a la implementación de programas, proyectos o instrumentos de política, que permitan aumentar la productividad y competitividad de la producción agropecuaria, incluyendo la gestión del riesgo agropecuario en términos sanitarios y fitosanitarios, y la generación y estabilización del ingreso al productor que impulse desarrollo social y económico de la población rural.
