Artículo primero. Apruébanse los estatutos del Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, adoptados por el Consejo Directivo de ese organismo, cuyo texto es el siguiente: «ACUERDO NUMERO 01 DE 1981 (abril 10) por el cual se adoptan los estatutos del Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad. El Consejo Directivo del Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, en ejercicio de las funciones que le señala el literal b) del artículo 26 del Decreto-ley 1050 de 1968, Acuerda:
