Modifícase el artículo 6° del Decreto 2627 de 1993, el cual queda así: "Artículo 6. Término para efectuar la devolución. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 857-1 del Estatuto Tributario, la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales deberá devolver dentro del término establecido en el artículo 855 del Estatuto Tributario".
