El artículo 1027 del Código de Comercio, quedará así: Artículo 1027. El transportador sólo estará obligado a entregar la cosa transportada al peso, cuenta o medida, cuando en el documento, de transporte se haga constar expresamente su recibo en alguna de estas formas. Cuando las cosas a transportar consistan en contenedores, paletas, guacales y en general, unidades cerradas, selladas o precintadas, éstas se considerarán como unidad de carga y deberán ser entregadas por el transportador en el mismo estado en que las recibe.
