Artículo único. La disposición del Decreto ejecutivo número 639 de 9 de abril del año de 1932, sólo se aplicará, en lo que se refiere al Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo, a aquéllos empleados que tienen como función permanente especial la de visitar las dependencias de dicho Ministerio. Cuando se trate de comisiones especiales que Justifiquen un gasto mayor por razón de viáticos, el Ministro de Industrias y Trabajo queda facultado para fijar por medio de resolución la suma correspondiente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
