Cuando se aprehendan armas y municiones, el Funcionario Instructor dará aviso inmediato a la Dirección General de Aduanas y Departamento de Material de Guerra de las Fuerzas Militares, con indicación de sus características, cantidad y estado. Dichas armas permanecerán en poder de las autoridades aduaneras y a órdenes del Instructor, hasta que se pronuncie el fallo correspondiente.
