LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.11.16 Gestión Integral Territorial en Salud. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social coordinará el monitoreo, seguimiento y evaluación del cumplimiento de las metas propuestas en el sistema a nivel territorial. Las secretarias de salud departamentales y distritales o la entidad que haga sus veces serán la autoridad responsable del funcionamiento del modelo de la gestión, a través de las herramientas metodológicas y tecnológicas que disponga el ministerio y los actores involucrados de manera articulada.

Parágrafo

Las secretarias de salud deberán integrar y ajustar los sistemas de información o herramientas de seguimiento vigentes que permitan dar cuenta de los resultados en salud de las entidades territoriales, para el cumplimiento del sistema de seguimiento, monitoreo y evaluación.
