Articulo 1 º El inciso 1º del artículo 4º del Decreto 1706 de 1989, quedará así: " Traslado-nombramiento . Cuando por conveniencias del servicio sea indispensable autorizar un traslado de un docente nacionalizado a un municipio de diferente departamento, intendencia, comisaría o Santa Fe de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, el Alcalde nominador de este municipio podrá efectuar el nombramiento respectivo, con el lleno de los siguientes requisitos:".
