º Las cuentas de las Cajas Particulares de las Penitenciarias y Cárceles de Distrito y de Circuito Judicial, establecidas o que se establezcan de acuerdo con los preceptos de los Decretos 729 de 1915 y 1347 de 1922, serán en lo sucesivo estudiadas y fenecidas por los empleados de la Contraloría que designe el Contralor General de la República. La Sección 2ª del Ministerio de Gobierno remitirá a l Contraloría General; las cuentas de los meses, de enero y febrero del corriente año que hayan llegado a dicha oficina.
