Ley 38 de 1962 · Por la cual se concede un auxilio por calamidad pública a la ciudad de Florencia, Intendencia del Caquetá

El setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) de este auxilio será intervenido a través del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, para la construcción de viviendas con destino a los damnificados por la catástrofe a que se refiere el Artículo 1° de la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

El precio de las viviendas así construidas, se reducirá en lo que proporcionalmente corresponda al auxilio, y el saldo será pagado con los plazos reglamentarios del Instituto para este tipo de casas.
