Artículo veinticinco. El Ministerio de Higiene podrá autorizar la experimentación en instituciones oficiales de cualquier producto terapéutico destinado al tratamiento de la lepra sin costo alguno para el Estado ni para los enfermos, siempre que el interesado acepte el control científico de la experimentación.
