º Producida la ocupación o el decomiso por las autoridades competentes, éstas procederán a realizar un acta de inventario de los bienes ocupados o decomisados, la cual harán llegar dentro de las setenta y dos (72) horas siguientes al Tribunal Superior de orden Público y una copia al Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes para efectos de su destinación provisional tal servicio oficial o de entidades de beneficio común legalmente constituidas.
