Si el demandante pidiere que el opositor preste caución de pagar los perjuicios que resulten de la oposición, el Juez así lo decretará, y si no se prestare dentro de seis días se entenderá que se desiste de la oposición, quedando a salvo la vía ordinaria para que se le reconozca su derecho de dominio en acción contra el demandante.
