Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que, a la mayor brevedad posible, proceda a implantar la explotación hidráulica de la Salina de Zipaquirá y para tal fin hará conducir a la misma Salina las aguas que sean necesarias para tal sistema de explotación, tomándolas de Ríofrío o Pantanorredondo.

Parágrafo

Las aguas sobrantes de las que el Gobierno conduzca a la Salina mencionada gratuitamente le serán cedidas al Municipio de Zipaquirá.
