Multilingüismo En Las Instituciones De Educación Preescolar, Básica Primaria, Básica Secundaria, Y Media Académica

Ley 2630 de 2026 · Por medio del cual se crea la Política Pública Nacional en Multilingüismo (PPNM) reconociendo la riqueza cultural y lingüística del país y se dictan otras disposiciones.

En marco de la Autonomía Escolar y la Libertad de Cátedra, el desarrollo y cumplimiento de los objetivos contemplados en las disposiciones contenidas en los literales 'g' del artículo 20, 'm' del artículo 21, 'l' del artículo 22, 'h' del artículo 30, todos de la Ley 115 de 1994, y los Derechos Básicos de Aprendizaje (DBA) en inglés y el currículo sugerido de inglés emitido por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, se sujetarán a los lineamientos establecidos por la Comisión Asesora de la Política Pública Nacional de Multilingüismo, los cuales deberá incluir lengua extranjera, Lengua de Señas Colombiana o de una lengua nativa en Colombia.
