Las penas a que se refieren los artículos anteriores se aumentarán hasta el doble, cuando los delitos se cometan en tiempo de guerra, conflicto armado, conmoción interior o turbación del orden público y podrán rebajarse hasta la mitad si el ofendido y el ofensor fueren del mismo grado pero el segundo fuere más antiguo.
