Art. 106. Los premios serán distribuidos en una sesion pública que tendrá lugar con este objeto, á la cual asistirán el Director, quien le presidirá, y los empleados del Instituto; y á ella se convidarán los altos funcionarios públicos, los Directores de establecimientos de educacion, los padres ó guardadores de los alumnos y demás personas distinguidas que se hallen en la capital. §. La distribución y forma del acto se hará en el órden y modo señalados por el Director. capítulo 19. Del grado y exámenes para optarlo.
