Notificación. La resolución que decide la solicitud de devolución de que trata los artículos 1.6.1.30.1. al 1.6.1.30.4. del presente Decreto, se notificará al correo electrónico que se informe en la solicitud y contra la misma proceden los recursos de reposición y apelación, en los términos establecidos en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
