El establecimiento educativo privado que reciba el Bono de Derecho Escolar expedirá el título correspondiente a nombre del respectivo padre de familia o acudiente, o de la persona natural o jurídica aportante. El título es el documento que legitima el Bono de Derecho Escolar y el derecho al servicio educativo que en él se incorpora.
