Si en la sentencia se reconoce que el ejecutado goza del beneficio de inventario, se ordena que cese la ejecución respecto de los bienes propios de él, para lo cual se dictan las providencias conducentes.

Si no consta cuáles son los bienes propios del ejecutado, puede éste promover su exclusión, de conformidad con el artículo 1019.
