Las sociedades privadas y mixtas de que trata este artículo, deben ser sociedades anónimas. Las sociedades privadas deben inscribir sus acciones en las bolsas de valores nacionales y extranjeras.

La Superintendencia Nacional de Valores vigilará el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este parágrafo.
