Art. 1.° Autorízase el establecimiento de un Monte de Piedad en esta capital, bajo la suprema inspección y dirección del Ilmo. Sr. Arzobispo de la Arquidiócesis, quien tendrá la personería y representación del establecimiento, por sí ó por medio del Gerente, y reconócese su existencia de acuerdo con los estatutos y bases que el mismo Ilmo. Sr. Debe someter al Poder Ejecutivo para su aprobación.
