Se Establecen Para Los Viceministros Y Superintendentes, Gastos De Representación Equivalentes A Un Cincuenta Por Ciento (50%) De Su Sueldo

º. Se establecen para los Viceministros y Superintendentes, gastos de representación equivalentes a un cincuenta por ciento (50%) de su sueldo. En los Ministerios para los cuales no se designe Viceministro, el Secretario General tendrá derecho a gastos de representación o a conservar la Prima Técnica si se le hubiere señalado, a su elección. En ningún caso podrán devengarse simultáneamente gastos de representación. y Prima Técnica.

Parágrafo

La ley señalará los cargos del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores para los cuales pueden fijarse gastos, de representación y la cuantía de éstos.
