Para el fomento de las exportaciones de ciertos productos cuya lista señalará periódicamente la Junta de Comercio Exterior y conforme a la reglamentación que ella expida, podrán autorizarse las operaciones de que trata el artículo 51, aparte b) de la Ley 1º de 1959.
