Art. 74. Cuando no puedan obtenerse los documentos que acrediten el origen común de un predio indiviso, y los poseedores que representen títulos por las dos terceras partes del valor del fundo primitivo pidan la división de este, el Juez decretara dicha división y se llevara á efecto siguiendo las disposiciones de la ley sobre la materia.
