Consecuencias de la aplicación de una medida sanitaria de seguridad. Aplicada alguna de las medidas sanitarias de seguridad a que se refiere el presente Decreto, la autoridad sanitaria que la realiza, deberá iniciar el procedimiento sancionatorio, si es competente para ello, o rendirá el informe escrito correspondiente a la autoridad sanitaria competente de acuerdo con lo previsto en este Decreto.
