Anotación. Con fundamento en el acta de graduación debidamente autenticada como se dispone en el artículo anterior, y dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes, la Secretaría de Educación procederá a efectuar el registro del título en libro especial en el que se tomará razón de los siguientes datos

Nombre y apellidos del interesado;

Identificación;

Institución que expide el título;

Clase de título;

Fecha y número del acta de graduación. Terminará la diligencia con la firma del Secretario de Educación o del funcionario que él designe por acto administrativo para cumplir tal cometido.
