Decreto 1075 de 1997 · por el cual se señala el procedimiento para la imposición de sanciones a los prestadores de servicios turísticos.

Registro de las sanciones. El Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico o la entidad delegataria, si la hubiere, anotará en el Registro Nacional de Turismo las sanciones que se impongan, de las cuales se dará cuenta en las certificaciones que se expidan hasta tanto se demuestre, por parte del prestador sancionado, el cumplimiento de la sanción.

Parágrafo

Cuando la sanción impuesta fuere la de amonestación escrita, no se dará cuenta de ella en los certificados de registro.
